Insulation using PU foam isparticularly suited for this purpose, since it is possibleto completely coat the (roof)surfaces to any desiredthickness, providing much more effective thermalinsulation than conventional materials.The POLYJAG 30/40 is a powerful dualcomponent mixing and dosing system forprocessing PU foam, polyurethane andpolyurea. Using this system, you can apply seamlessand jointless coatings and linings in a wide variety ofapplications, even on large surfaces, on a veryeconomic basis. Due to the fixed mixing ratio of thepumps, exact dosing of both components isguaranteed at all times. Simple exchange of thematerial pumps allows you to quickly change themixing ratio from 1:1 up to 4:1. With this systemconcept, it is possible to cover virtually all mixingvariants in the field of insitu foam orpolyurethane / polyurea elastomers.
